Back Office

Date: August 29, 2023

  • Menu management > Items:
    • We fixed the export when you have two or more filters applied
    • We fixed an issue with the import when no items were imported without giving any details
    • In the item details, we removed the ‘produced’ option when the inventory is enabled (was only used for the old Stock)
  • Navigation:
    • We fixed some navigation issues. In the pos-admin too many navigation links were shown.
  • Configuration > Settings > Payment methods
    • We fixed an issue where you could not edit the LSPAY payment method when Apaleo was set up
  • My account:
    • When a customer changes its mail address (the one to access the Back Office), the user will now get a mail notification on both the old and new mail address

  • First several small (bug) fixes:
    • Menu management > Items:
      • We fixed an issue with entering decimal numbers
      • We fixed an issue where the quick create resulted in an error when using a decimal number
      • We added the French translations for the allergens
      • We fixed an issue where items could not be updated because of too long SKUs
    • Menu management > Menus: We fixed an issue where the ‘share’-button when sharing a menu was not activated
    • Help: the ‘Chat with Support’-button now opens the new Intercom chat
  • And then some other existing feature updates:
    • We released the first version of the Search functionality in the Back Office. Trouble finding a page? Try cmd+k!
    • The new item library & item details are now released to all customers globally!

  • New V400M Terminal Interface Enables Merchants to Accept Payments in Both Standalone and Pay at Table Modes
    • Merchants who use the Verifone V400M payment terminal will now be able to accept payments in both standalone and pay at table modes at the same time. Previously, merchants had to choose between the two modes.
    • How to enable the new terminal interface ?
      • If the terminal firmware is in version 1.85 or above, there is a specific opt-in in Adyen back office to activate it (Settings > Customization > Home screen)
      • From version 1.90, the new interface will become standard

Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K-Series) 23.33.0:

  • The toolkit has been updated to bring you a quicker and more secure experience.
  • Resolved: We fixed an issue where users were unable to scan Italian fiscal QR codes.

Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K-Series) 23.31.0:

  • Resolved: We fixed several issues that were causing the app to become non-responsive or close unexpectedly.
  • Resolved: We’ve fixed an issue that prevented the user from firing additional courses when Course 1 was empty.
  • Improved: Void Reasons: Users must now confirm their selection of void reason before the line item is voided from the Order.
