  • Easy navigation to deposit onboarding – if you have a reservation integration activated with the new API, you will see a new card added to the display of reservation integrations in the Backoffice.

  • Menu Management > Items:
    • Convert item to combo – You can convert an item into a combo in just a few clicks. Simply click on the three dots at the end of an item in the item library, and ta-da!
    • New selection rules Groups – Hold onto your hats! With the help of the POS squad, you can now add a minimum and maximum to a group, e.g. select minimum 2 and maximum 4 options This replaces the current item selection in a group.
    • Suggested accounting groups – When creating a new item, you’ll now receive suggestions for which accounting group to link. We suggest up to three existing accounting groups based on actual data of other locations in K-Series.
    • Fixed an error when sharing more than one menu in a business
    • It was possible to create items with a duplicate name using spaces. This caused a lot of confusion for our customers. Not anymore!
    • Fixed an issue when searching for an item in a combo/group did not have any results in Safari or Chrome on iPad.
  • Menu Management > Menu:
    • We’ve given the backend of the Menu feature a big makeover. While there may not be any visual changes, the performance has skyrocketed! Before it took up to 60 seconds or more to just drag-and-drop a button. Now it is done in the blink of an eye!
  • My account > Feedback:
    • We fixed the feedback button in the Manager. It was not working on certain pages.
  • Configuration > Printing > invoice template:
    • In Spain you were unable to change the invoice template (debtor). This is fixed.

Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K-Series) 24.10.0:

  • Improved : We clarified the usage of “Void” and “Refund” to avoid confusion for all users. “Void” now applies to all actions before payment. “Refund” now applies to all actions after payment.
