• New Back Office 2.0 updates:
  • We’ve deployed a fix to our Financial API that improves the handling of tax arrays. This update will enable our partners to receive detailed breakdowns at the order level for each tax category, regardless of whether the situation involves a single tax or multiple taxes.
  • When looking at paid receipts in Reports > Reports > Receipt Report, there is now a button where you can edit the number of covers on the receipt. This update offers users more flexibility in handling receipt data.

• New Back Office 2.0 updates:
  • We’ve fixed an issue within the Financial API concerning the ‘Get accounting groups’ feature where the accounting groups returned did not correspond to those of the requested business location. Instead, they were matching all accounting groups across all businesses that the user, who performed the initial authorization, had access to.

Point of Sales

Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K-Series) 23.21.0:

• New:  Empty courses are now automatically skipped when firing the next course. For example, you no longer have to fire an empty second course in order to fire the third course.
• New: We’ve added a new flame icon on the order screen to indicate when a course is being fired. A white flame icon marks the first unfired course. Upon firing the order, the icon changes to orange. Once the next course is fired, the previous course turns to a green checkmark, signaling it’s done, and the orange flame moves to the newly fired course.
• Resolved: We’ve fixed an issue where the blue confirmation banner at the top of the screen would sometimes freeze on mobile devices.
• Resolved: We’ve fixed an issue affecting the Customer Facing Display (CFD) that caused it to blink.

Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K-Series) 23.19.0:

• [New] We improved the firing coursing visibility on the POS: the fire button will be more present on the Order Screen and the number of the course will be added
• [New] In the settings page > Control Center you see now a summary of how many devices are connected
