Updates this week include the following system improvements:

  • When adding a Gift Card to your Apple Wallet, one day later, it would appear in your expired section of the wallet. Causing most people to not be able to see it and not realize it was sitting in the expired section. This is fixed!
  • Also, when we have updated the brand of the Gift Cards in List View on Apple Wallet.

Updates this week include the following system improvements:

  • Receipts Report: Receipts paid with Lightspeed Payments now include the merchant copy besides the Customer copy. (Please note that this is about the ‘Print’ Journal that can be accessed after selecting a receipt, and not about the general preview.)

Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K-Series) 4.1.55:

This version includes system improvements and updates:

  • [Resolved] We fixed an issue where scanning a barcode caused an error message to appear.
  • [Resolved] We fixed an issue where the assigned order name was not displayed in the order list for pickup/delivery.
  • [Resolved] The “Edit columns” button is no longer hidden when trying to “Filter and customize” the order list on iOS 16.
  • [Resolved] When editing an existing order and selecting  “Complete combo” from the actions menu, the user is no longer forced to add all items a second time. 
  • [Resolved] We fixed a visual issue where the camera appeared to freeze when connecting a business for the first time by scanning a QR code.

 

Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K-Series) 4.1.56:

This version includes system improvements and updates:

  • [New] The Worldline/SIX SDK has been updated for improved stability and support.
  • [New] The Yoco SDK has been updated for improved stability and support.
  • [New] The Zettle SDK has been updated for improved stability and support.
  • [New] The Socket Mobile SDK has been updated for improved stability and support.
  • [Improved] We improved the Settings tab by redesigning and updating the CCV/OPI, SIX, Concert, and PaymentSense options.
  • [Resolved] We fixed an issue where, when starting an order using an account profile with an auto service charge, changing to an account profile without a service charge would not automatically remove the gratuity as expected.
