Easily sync Google Business Profile with Order Anywhere
Updating your Google Business Profile manually can be time-consuming and error-prone.
With our new integration, it’s easy to claim and sync your Google Business Profile directly from Order Anywhere, ensuring business hours, contact details and social links are always accurate. This saves time, improves online visibility and creates a single source of truth for managing business information.
How to get started:
- Navigate to Order Anywhere > Integrations and click Integrate with Google Business Profile
- Log in with your Google account
- Select your Google Business Profile from the list
- Your hours, contact info and social links will now sync automatically from Order Anywhere to Google
Menu Management: right menu, right time, automatically
Automatic menu scheduling is here
You can now display the right menu at the right time without having to do any manual changes. Set recurring schedules, such as breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, or one-off menus for special events to save time and improve service.
Timed Menu works on your POS, and QR code for table ordering via Order Anywhere.
Set up Timed Menu for POS:
- Log in to the Back Office
- Navigate to Menu > Settings > Configurations
- Select > Timed Events
- Click + Add Event
- Complete event details: including event title, menu, event start and end time, event duration and more
- Save

Simplify your invoice payments
It’s now easy to set up default payment methods (cards, SEPA, BACS) to automatically pay your Lightspeed invoices. This saves time, prevents missed payments that could block your Back Office access and alerts you if a payment method fails or expires.
How to set up:
- Go to Back Office > Invoice page
- Click your name in the top-right
- Navigate to Invoices > Subscription tab

Lightspeed KDS now automatically prints tickets when orders are ready, providing a clear visual cue for your front-of-house team, helping to eliminate confusion and boost efficiency.
This update also supports hybrid workflows by combining the benefits of digital KDS workflows with traditional paper-based processes, so nothing slips through the cracks.
